CANCELLATION POLICYTo avoid any penalties, registrations for classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 10 days prior to the start date of the class. If a notification to cancel or reschedule the class is provided less than 10 days prior to the start date of the class, then you will be required to pay for 100% of the class tuition (through invoice or deduction of training credits) immediately after class completion.CANCELLATION LIABILITYTrellix may elect to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. If this occurs, Trellix will make every reasonable effort to notify customers, however, travel arrangements are the student's responsibility. All training is non-refundable and Trellix assumes no liability for any cancellation fees that may be incurred. Trellix encourages all customers to purchase refundable or transferable tickets if traveling to class.
